Kaying on the Sognefjord

The majestic Sognefjord is the king of all fjords.

The fjord is 200 km long, and is at its deepest 1300 metres. The fjord is actually as deep as the mountains around the fjord are high. The fjord arm that enters Lærdalsøyri by the hotel is called Lærdalsfjorden.
